By default, Outlook will display the first text it finds in the body of an email as the preview text.
Rock has a little-known feature that allows you to control what that preview text should be.
You just need to add an invisible HTML element to your communication templates. As long as that element has the ID of "preheader-text", the Communication Wizard will display an additional field for you to specify the preview text:
This cool feature allows you to capture your clients attention before they even click to open that email!
